How has being a part of Mayor Daniella Levine Cava's STRIVE305 small business initiative helped support your business? ‍

We love that STRIVE305 provides unlimited reliable resources for small business owners to tap into right in Miami-Dade County. It is a beautiful place to connect. As entrepreneurs, sometimes our biggest hurdle is resources and knowledge. STRIVE305 provides both.

What is origin story of your business?

Transitioning from a salon chair to owning your own Salon can be a daunting task and frankly very intimidating. We opened Perfect Salon Suites to be able to provide affordable Salon space to accommodate growing Beauty professionals to express their artistry without the hassle of responsibilities that go along with owning or renting a location. This allows the beauty entrepreneur to have the ability and time to grow at their own pace without the expensive overhead. For me, this is super rewarding because coming from Corporate America and transitioning into the beauty world, I am able to provide alternatives to other entrepreneurs that makes the transition easier into entrepreneurship.

What is your best piece of advice for fellow business owners? 

Yes you can! My best advice is never give up on your dream or on dreaming. Always follow your heart and always continue to educate yourself. Whatever you want you can have the sky is the limit!
