You should apply if you
Operate a for-profit business based in the U.S., District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, and have a Good Soil HQ account.
Have received no more than $1M in previous funding, with employees earning less than $100K annually.
Have total debt under $200K (unless it's a convertible note) and are available to pitch live at the Good Soil Forum in Dallas on June 14, 2025.
Do not operate in excluded industries like adult entertainment, firearms, alcohol (except restaurants), gambling, MLM, or illegal activities, and are not affiliated with the sponsoring organizations.
