Call the City of Miami Homeless Assistance Program at (305) 960-4980. This is the number you should call if you are in Miami-Dade, whether or not you live in the City of Miami.

You’ll be connected to someone who will ask what you need help with. You can tell them that you’re homeless. They’ll ask you a few questions, such as your name and date of birth.
They will connect you to services that can help. If space is not immediately available, they may put you on a waiting list and ask you to call back periodically to see if a space is available.
Requested information will depend on the services you are being connected to. You will likely need to provide the following:
