Fund the help your community can actually find.
Axis Helps is free to the public, and always will be. Banks, foundations, companies and public agencies fund the work behind it: verified listings, three languages, and local coverage that stays current. This page explains what partnership pays for, what partners receive, and what is never for sale.
What your funding pays for
- Verification work. Every listing is checked against its source: eligibility, deadlines, amounts, links. Keeping 300+ programs accurate is ongoing labor, and it is the product.
- Language access. Resource discovery in English, Español and Kreyòl ayisyen, including Haitian Creole content few directories offer at all.
- Local depth. Coverage of Miami-Dade and Broward programs, and growing coverage of Palm Beach, that national directories miss: CRA grants, municipal programs, district food distributions, library and community workshops.
- Staying current. Listings are re-checked on a standing cycle, so deadlines don't quietly expire on the page.
Ways to partner
- Institutional partnership / underwriting. An annual partnership scoped to your geography, outreach, reporting and integration needs. Recognition as an Axis Helps institutional partner, integration of your own small-business and community programs, targeted outreach in the geographies you care about, and periodic impact reporting. Pricing is shared directly in the partnership conversation; it is not published here.
- Sponsored hub. Underwrite a labeled hub for a topic or community, for example small-business capital access, family food and benefits, or Haitian Creole business resources. The hub carries your name as sponsor, clearly labeled, and its listings follow the same rules as everything else on the site (see our funding & ranking policy below).
- Managed deployment. A co-branded, localized resource-navigation layer for a county, city, CRA district or institution, scoped and priced separately.
- Philanthropic funding. Eligible initiatives can be supported through Axis Helps' established fiscal partnership with The Miami Foundation.
Our funding & ranking policy
How listings are ordered: Listings are shown by where they're available, newest first. The same rules apply to every listing, and partners can't change the order.
What partnership never buys:
- Ranking, placement or “featured” position in search results or category pages
- A faster or lighter verification process for a partner's programs
- User data or leads. We do not sell them, to anyone, ever
- Editorial control over other listings
What partners do receive: recognition as a funder (on this page, on sponsored hubs, and in reports, never disguised as a listing), integration of their own eligible programs through the standard listing process, sponsored outreach that is labeled as sponsored, and honest impact reporting, including when numbers are modest.
Axis Helps exists so people can trust what they find here. That trust is the asset every partner is funding, and this policy is how we protect it. Read how every listing is checked in How we verify listings.
Built on Urban Impact Lab's work
Axis Helps is built on Urban Impact Lab's community resource work: resource navigation reaching 100,000+ residents and small businesses, and connecting communities to more than $1B in relief, capital and assistance opportunities.
Fiscal sponsor: The Miami Foundation.
