AxisHelps Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AxisHelps. AxisHelps is founded and managed by Urban Impact Lab. By creating an account or using features that require acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

What AxisHelps does

AxisHelps helps people and small businesses discover information about grants, loans, technical assistance, incentives, nonprofit services, government programs, and other forms of support. Unless clearly stated otherwise, AxisHelps does not administer, approve, fund, underwrite, or determine eligibility for programs listed on the service.

Resource information

We work to provide useful information, but third-party programs can change at any time. Eligibility requirements, funding, deadlines, geographic coverage, application procedures, contact information, and availability should be confirmed directly with the organization responsible for the program.

A resource appearing on AxisHelps does not guarantee that a program is currently accepting applications, that funding remains available, that you qualify, or that you will receive assistance.

No professional advice

AxisHelps provides general informational and resource-discovery support. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, benefits, or other professional advice.

Third-party programs and websites

AxisHelps links to and describes programs operated by third parties. Those organizations are responsible for their own programs, applications, decisions, websites, privacy practices, and services. A listing or link does not by itself mean that AxisHelps endorses, sponsors, guarantees, or is affiliated with that organization.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and not misuse another person's account. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens the service or other users.

Saved resources and profile information

Saved resources and optional profile details are convenience features. Saving a resource does not reserve funding, submit an application, establish eligibility, or create a relationship with the organization offering the resource. Any personalized results are informational aids, not guarantees.

Geographic information

AxisHelps may identify resources as local, statewide, or national. Geographic labels reflect our understanding of a program's service area and should be confirmed with the program administrator.

Children

AxisHelps is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not create an account or submit personal information through AxisHelps.

Acceptable use

You may not use AxisHelps to violate law, impersonate another person or organization, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service security, introduce malicious code, misuse personal information, or bypass access controls.

Service availability

AxisHelps is an evolving service. Features and resource listings may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, AxisHelps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every listing is complete, current, accurate, available, or appropriate for every user.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AxisHelps and Urban Impact Lab are not responsible for third-party eligibility, funding, benefits, loan, grant, application, or service decisions, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on third-party program information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AxisHelps changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and additional notice when appropriate.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
