West Palm Beach CRA Business Incentive Programs

The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency helps businesses and property owners inside its redevelopment areas. Programs include façade and exterior grants covering 80–90% of costs (up to $7,500 downtown and in the Historic Northwest, up to $10,000 in Northwood/Pleasant City), merchant assistance of up to $15,000 for Northwest restaurants and shops, small beautification grants of up to $3,500, and free security cameras for commercial properties.
