North Miami Beach CRA Business and Property Improvement Programs
The North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency runs several programs for business and property owners inside its redevelopment area: the Commercial Property Improvement Program, the Merchant Assistance Grant, the Façade & Business Site Improvement Program, and the Paint, Plant and Pave program for homes of up to four units. Applications are open year-round on the city's online Form Center.
