Matching grant from the North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency in Miami Beach for exterior improvements to commercial buildings. It covers up to 70% of eligible project costs, up to $20,000 per application, paid as a reimbursement after the work is done.

How to Get Started

Read the 2026 program guidelines, check the boundary map or contact the North Beach CRA to confirm your building qualifies, then submit the application. Work must start within 6 months of the signed agreement and finish within 12 months.
