Eligibility Criteria

North Miami homeowners who live in the home, have a Homestead Exemption, are current on mortgage, property taxes and insurance, have no code violations, and meet HUD income limits (for example, $109,000 or less for a family of four).

How to Get Started

Register by October 31, 2026. Pick up a paper application in person Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, at 12300 NE 8 Avenue, or call 305-893-6511 ext. 20000 / email housing@northmiamifl.gov.
